We know that every caring situation is different and every Carer is different.

We can help you to access the advice, information and support which best meets your needs.  We’re here to take the time to listen and help you to prioritise your needs as a Carer.

There are a wide range of reasons why the person being cared for cannot look after themselves. Perhaps they have a physical or learning disability, misuse alcohol or drugs, are frail or elderly, have mental health problems or have a long term illness.  Whatever the situation, we’re here to help you.

We define an unpaid Carer as someone who provides unpaid help and support to a family member, friend or neighbour who, without this help, would not manage to live independently.
